Construction of Armory room and Recreation Hall at Jharia Magazine as per drawings and schedule of work. Broader scope of works shall include Earth work, Earth filling, PCC, RCC, Reinforcement, Brickwork, Plaster, Painting, Fixing door and Window, Structural steel work, Roofing and Sheet work, Electrical work, Any other work as per BOQ, Make of material to be approved from EIC before application, All other required civil related works which are not mentioned above. The contractor has to execute the following work for which no extra payment whatsoever shall be made and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Any shifting of existing items/services and diversion road/approach required for execution of work at or near the construction site. All disposable materials including malba, leftover materials, debris and any other construction waste generated during execution of the work shall be removed from the site and disposed of by the contractor at approved dumping location as per the direction of EIC.
