Request for Proposal for Construction of the Km 400.169 to Km 391.898 for 3rd
line i.e. the 8.271 Km and the Km 403.005 to Km 392.300 for 4th line i.e. the
10.705 Km, total 18.976 Km between Sini and Kandra Junction, complete gauge
conversion of the existing track over the same stretch, Civil Engineering works
earthwork in formation including cutting, filling, blanketing, turfing for new track
alignment, extension and strengthening of minor bridges and construction of
major bridges, construction of side drains for proper drainage, permanent way
works including track linking and alignment, supply and laying of 50 mm machine
crushed stone ballast as per railway specifications, associated civil and track works
at Sini and Kandra block sections to support the new lines and gauge conversion,
execution of indoor & outdoor S&T works in connection with clearance of
infringement to facilitates the civil works for the 3rd and 4th Lines in the Sini-
Kandra block section, execution of general electrical works, installation and
commissioning of overhead equipment (OHE) for traction and power supply of
Chakradharpur Division on S. E. Railway on Engineering, Procurement &
Construction (EPC) Mode.
